Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a Podiatrist in Fishers, IN, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Insurance

We accept a variety of insurance plans including Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, Tricare, UMR, Sagamore Health Network and IU Health Plans. We recommend that you know and understand your Health Insurance Plan, how it works, what your benefits and your out of pocket financial responsibilities are but if you have questions regarding your insurance we are happy to assist you. Deductibles, coinsurance and copayment amounts are the patients responsibility and Copayments are collected at the time services is rendered. Once we receive payment from your insurance company we will send you a statement if there is a remaining balance due. If for any reason your insurance company should deny a service or you feel our claim was not paid appropriately by your insurance company we recommend you contact your insurance plan first and then reach out to us if you need further assistance.

A Podiatrist is considered to be a Specialist and as such the Copayment may be a bit higher than you normally would have with your Family Physician.

If you do not have insurance or if you fail to provide us with your insurance card at the time of service you will be expected to pay the entire bill in full at the time services are rendered UNLESS payment arrangements have been made ahead of time.
