Thomas A. Vogel
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine
Dr. Vogel has over 30 years of experience in the field of Podiatry. He completed his undergraduate training at Indiana University and his medical school training at The William Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed the Surgical Residency Program at The Midwest Medical Center in Indianapolis.
Dr. Vogel was part of a large podiatric medical group in central Indiana for almost 20 years. He then decided to pursue opportunities in private practice and established his current office location in 2005. Dr. Vogel is Board Certified and a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Heather Hamilton
Medical Assistant
My name is Heather Hamilton and I have lived in Fishers most of my life. I graduated from Hamilton Southeastern in 2001, married and have 3 children and love spending time with my family doing things together on my days off.
I have worked in the medical field for 18 years in various specialties such as Obstetrics, General Surgery, Bariatric, Family Practice and most recently Podiatry. I have been working at Hamilton Foot and Ankle Care since 2015 and during my time here I have been successful in obtaining my PMAC (Podiatry Medical Assistant) Certification and have also received my radiographer license.
I look forward to helping you reach your foot care goals.
Jeanine Deane
Nail Technician
My name is Jeanine Deane and I have been an active licensed manicurist for 20 years. I have worked at Hamilton Foot and Ankle Care since 2012 providing foot nail care. Prior to working here with Dr. Vogel, I worked in the medical field as a QMA, PCA and dialysis technician for 10+ years. In addition to my Indiana manicurist license I also have an active Indiana esthetician license.
Four years ago, I obtained a mobile manicurist license which allows me to visit people in their homes while pampering them with manicures and pedicures. I currently have 3 contract with Senior Living Communities where I go and provide nail and foot care to residents as well as to several elderly clients in their homes.
2 years ago I opened my own nail salon in Kokomo where myself and my staff provide all nail and foot services.
I enjoy working with people and providing them with services that allow them to feel good about themselves. I have two adult children and one absolutely adorable grandson.
Janet Hawn
Office/Billing Manager
My name is Janet Hawn and I am the Billing and Office Manager here at Hamilton Foot and Ankle Care. I have been working with Dr. Vogel since January 2017 and I work mostly “behind the scenes” but you will occasionally find me at the front desk or doing what needs to be done to keep the office running smoothly or filing insurance claims. We do all of our medical insurance billing here at the office and work with our patients to get the maximum reimbursement from their insurance plans. Doing this provides our patients with a local resource should they have any financial questions about their account.
I have lived in Hamilton County for over 20 years but I am originally from Southern Indiana and have lived all my life in Indiana. I love going on vacation to visit the beach, my favorite vacation spot is Tybee Island, Georgia or anyplace that is sunny and has a beach. I have three adult sons and 4 grandchildren that are the light of my life.
I have 30 years experience working in the administrative side of Medical offices. I’ve worked in OB/GYN, General Surgery, Vascular, Neuroscience and now Podiatry. I am also a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) since 2010.

Hello, my name is Debbie Manley. I have worked in the health care field for 15 years and have worked for Hamilton Foot and Ankle Care for almost 2 years.
I enjoy my job here at Hamilton Foot and Ankle and I enjoy working with Dr. Vogel. He is a great doctor and I was a patient long before coming to work for him. I like working with our patient’s need in scheduling appointments. I also have many years of experience in working with all types of insurance for pre-certification.
I am married to my wonderful husband Terry and together we have 3 daughters and 2 sons along with 3 wonderful sons-in-law and daughter-in-law. We also have 4 amazing grandsons and a granddaughter that is the light of our lives!
I have a huge passion for cooking for my family and friends. I also enjoy working in our yard in the Spring and Summer. My husband and I also stay busy in the Fall of the year with all the leaves that fall from all our tree‘s... (I don’t enjoy that too much!!)
